My first few days have gone great. I'm so sore but that's to be expected. I have 6 Jillian DVDs so I'm alternating them. I get bored easily and I'm sticking to this challenge, darn it.
Day 1: Kickbox Fast Fix - One of my favorites.
Day 2: Shred it with Weights - I've always loved this one.
Day 3: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism - I haven't done this one in a long long time and I actually really like it. (All but the 2nd to last circuit which is a whole lot of jumping.)
Day 4: Yoga Meltdown - I was really feeling like I needed the stretch but I felt like I had "phoned it in" through the whole thing when I saw the low calorie count so I also did 5 of the 7 circuits of No More Trouble Zones. I'm not a fan of either of these videos. I don't think the Yoga one will make the rotation much but I will throw in NMTZ a few more times.
Today I have Shred It on the schedule and I think I'm going to do both level 1 and level 2. Now that I said it, I have to right?! It's colder than crap here and pretty much every school in the state is called off but I'm still at work so my workout will be this afternoon. Have a great Monday!
You are doing such an awesome job! You have tons of DVD's to keep it fun and switch it up too, that is essential. What is the weights video like? Keep pushing girl, you are off to a stellar start.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you've joined the Jillian Party. That would be so motivating. With my travel schedule this month it wasn't possible for me, but I'm excited to see everyone's results!!
